- What mobile apps are using Hispanic Millennials more often?

What information is the Difference column showing?
The difference column is showing the percentage subtraction result of the target searched minus the total sample in our database in the same group.
For example, in the image above the filters selected are: Age between 18-24 years old. For 18-24 years old females we have a 57.54%, and our total sample for females is equal to 50%. The Difference column is showing +7.54 (57.54 - 50) meaning that our targeted sample is 7.54 higher than the total sample.
Is the total sample used in ThinkNow ConneKt weighted?
Yes, the end-point of weighting a data set is to make it representative of the US population. If our respondents are not representative of the population you are studying, then the conclusions you draw from our data would be misleading.
I'm only seeing a few categories in my results. How can I see more information about my search?
You can use the "Export to Excel" button located at the top-right of the results in the Dashboard page. This option will export all the data related to your search.
Why did my search return no results?
If you make your search criteria too strict you might get no results. What we recommend in those cases is to start removing on or more filters and search again.
We are constantly adding new data to ThinkNow ConneKt that helps to minimize the number of no results screen you get. You can check the announcements section where we post updates on ThinkNow ConneKt such as new features or data.
Where can I see the question text that was asked to respondents coming from surveys?
You can hover the mouse over the little circle with an "i" located at the top-left of each category in the main left menu in the dashboard screen.
I'm entering an age but the system is not adding my age filter to the list of filters selected. What can I do?
Our sample age range is from 18 to 64 years old. If you notice that the number you enter turn red, it means that the number is out of our age range.
